180 Day Challenge : Day 1

Today started off well. I woke up at 5:30 am.

  • Meditation: 10 minutes. Meditation is strange to me. I tried looking up "How to Meditate" thing said not to make your self breath, which caused me to take over that function :S idk Will try again tomorrow.
  • Stretching: 10 minutes. Lifting 10 minutes. This goal went well, except the person who's video I planned to do this two did not come out today like normal. So had to find alternatives.
  • Morning Walk: Canceled. Did not feel I had enough time to accomplish main goals due to earlier work time. Work Walking:
  • Be Creative: Spent 60 mins working on my Pathfinder 2e setting. I came up with basic ideas for the races I needed to add and fixed up my excel sheet to make the process better.
  • Cleaning: Not Today.
  • Read Dictionary: Ubity means a place or location, Limpid means transparent, Nacromancy is the divination through sleep, Facture is something someone crafts, Hitherside is side closes to something, Nithing is an insult that means coward. Varsal means whole.
  • Main Goal: The goal for the day was in Unity and it was  to learn about working on applying health to my enemies in my tower defense game and damage my towers can do. Also losing lives if enemies got through and even adding rewards for killing baddies.
  • Bed Time: Midnight. Twas a rough one. Woke up around 3am had to use the bathroom and it was ungodly chilly. Fell back asleep after awhile. Had a dream that all my old school mates play random celebrities were all part of a massive meat processing plant. There was also some sort of training going on for like ultimate warrior or something. It was crazy.

To Tip or Not to Tip.

Remember when in America you tipped people because they gave you good service, not because it was part of their lively hood. Most people won't be old enough to remember that (honestly I don't know when the idea of tip wage was invented).
Why are we talking about tipping. Because it is something that I personally am involved in. In two sense of it infact. I tip when I can afford it, and I sometimes receive tips. It is about a .05% chance that I ever get a tip, but sometimes do. Maybe you can call me greedy, but it is way to often that I or any of my coworkers receive tips. Some asshat who came up with tip wage really screwed up everyone's view on tipping. It actually is funny because I can throw out a World of Warcraft reference that involves this. I am sure this happens today, but it was quite often that when you would get someone to craft items for you, they would tell you they  needed the materials and then they required a Tip. But that is not what a tip is. They were misusing tip for a service fee. Much like we do at places who use tip wage. You are not tipping them for their good service, you are paying a hidden service fee that you do not required to pay, but you are. Because if you don't pay it that person may not make enough money to survive. Oh and don't think that the fact that they employers are suppose to pay up to minimum wage if the employee doesn't get enough in tips. Cause I have talked to many workers who have been strong armed or feel intimidated by the companies they work for to demand they be paid properly. Lets be honest a lot of kids get into these situations. Also 18 states / provinces in the US still pay tip wage of 2.13. This has been the tip wage since 1991.
Opps I did it again. I went off on a tangent. The thing is people should be tipping more often for more things. You should tip even a dollar for someone who gives you good service. May pops is a good example of this. I won't say all the time, because I don't pay attention that much, but he tips the people at HEB for ringing up our monthly foodz and the bagger as well. I am not saying you should tip everyone all the time; that is silly, but if you go somewhere and someone offers you a service, say you come into DQ and we are busy. Consider tipping (also make sure to say tip the cook if you got food. because chances are that will greatly improve their day *cough*). I will admit we some times get so slammed that what I get paid does not feel worth the amount of work I am doing and when a cashier slips money to me, it makes it feel worth it.
I will admit that this is perhaps my own greed, but we had a guy who was given a 20 dollar tip for walking a bag of food out to a car. Maybe I am a dick for being annoyed by this, but I spend 10 minutes sweating to death in our terribly constructed kitchen and he spent less then 30 seconds to walk an order out and he got a tip like that. Note a DQ we all make the same wage, well similar wages. Okay this is devolving. Time to wrap up. To tip or not to tip. If you can tip, it will greatly improve someones day and make them feel worth more then their companies have pegged them as being worth.

I met an interesting girl

No, this is not the kinda post you are thinking. That would be creepy considering. The day of posting this it is Sam Cleveland's birthday So April 2nd. I was introduced to an 11 girl. I am not going to butcher her name as I am bad at spelling things.
So, this girl comes up to me and asks if I play D&D. I was dumb founded we started talking about a whole list of random things. Chances are if I every show up dead, she did it. She told me about her desire to get into CIS type work, asked me if I knew the best poison to murder people with, told me she is pale because she has parcel that she walks around with, loves D&D, listens to 70s and 80s music and wants to dress like a 50's wife when she gets older. Totally weird girl, and the whole time I was thinking to myself, if I had a daughter her age, she would almost fit the bill of what I would want. Perhaps without the creepy murder hobo side, and eh.... idk about that music. She really reminded me of Abby from NCIS. I don't normally like kids, but she made me wish I had had a daughter. Why am I posting about this at midnight. I have no clue. Idk. Also again, if I ever go missing, she most likely did it.

My Views Politics and a Tangent

We live in a world where we can't escape politics. It is in the news, on our feeds, and all across YouTube. For me it is among the few things that is a taboo topic. Why, because people who partake in it generally don't care to hear the other side. There are people who blindly follow a party that doesn't care about them.
People in politics care about their agenda. If you are part of it good, if not well you are the enemy. We are not a nation undivided. People want to make posts about how all Democrats want to get rid of guns. No, that is not true of all some of them sure. All Republicans are racist. Another statement that is false. Some sure are that is as easy as day to see. People wanted gun reform, wanted it to be harder for people who shouldn't have guns to get guns. I think everyone has the right to own a gun, I don't want one. But I think everyone has the right to.
That said, it should be stricter and harder for people who should not own a gun to have one. The former soldier who should have never been able to buy a gun because he was discharged for problems and his branch never sent in the paperwork and then he went out and killed people. Someone screwed up and that someone should get in trouble. They are just as responsible for the deaths of those people.
So many people no longer think on an individual level. They are a hive mind for their political parties and what they think are good values. Instead of thinking for themselves they follow what they see on social media and on the news and never question anything. Why? We should be questioning everything, even from the people who we share parties with. Why, because they don't care about us. You are nothing to them except a point on a scale that can get them closer to their goal.
So, just to throw it out there. I have been told I am a Libertarian who leans left. I believe in the right to bare arms, but with more regulation. I am pro-choice, but always prefer life (meaning I never want people to have an abortion, but I believe it is there right and I would never judge someone harshly if they choose it). (Mainly I think that we should be pushing abstance in churches, because it doesn't work. Sure it is the "proper" Christian thing to do, but no) Birth Control and a myriad of other things should be offered freely to help combat it. People can be stupid, make hasty decisions and screw up. We need to remove the option for young ladies to get their tubes wrapped if it is their choice and sometimes it should be a forced thing especially if they keep popping out kids and are on welfare. No welfare if you don't get it fixed. I believe in the death penalty. I am pro LGBTQ and yes I am a christian. Shocking that I believe in love not hate I know. I don't care about the color of people's, what their crotch bits are, or who they want to bang. None of that matters to me. I am naive as some may call it, but I prefer hopeful. I don't believe in World Peace, that is naive. No one is perfect, we all have flaws and scars and those are the things that make us beautiful. I don't like Trump, I think he is a racist and has done nothing but fear monger. No I don't think Hillary was much better, she has her own fuck ups, but "the emails" were not part of them (we had two piles of shit to choose from and yes I do think we choose the wrong one but I digress). I think people are way too offended by everyday life. I think everyone should be required to work 1 year in fast food and then should be fined every time they are rude to service people of all sorts. I think a 1 hour nap should be mandatory for all jobs, I think our government sides with the businesses and not the employees who are always treated badly. I think I might have went off on a tangent. I believe we should legalize weed and such natural drugs, prostitution, gambling, and booze as a national thing and regulate and tax it. Brothels that require full check ups and the whole shebang. People are going to keep doing it. So tax it and stop putting people in jail for trying to enjoy their lives. Drunk driving should hold steeper penalties. If you kill someone because you drank and drive, that is no different then choosing to murder someone in my eyes. Okay this is enough. Just flow of thought lead to this.

Live Journal #1

So chances are, I won't keep up with this. Though if I can that would be pretty epic. I am an open and straight forward person. Might try to do one of these as a weekly recap and today is Friday and that seems like a pretty damn good day.

So, the week have March 24, has been fairly good. Monday work was bland, and I had to work extra to cover for someone who didn't feel like coming in. Pissed me off, but more hours is more hours.
Tuesday was fantastic. I got my new phone. Well it is not a new new phone, but new to me. LG Stylus 2 +. My great and wonderful friends Jay and Sam, bought it for me, as I am on their plan. I was told I was getting a Stylus 4, but something came up. I am only sad because they spent the buying the case and power cords for the 4, USB C cords. I am sure I will need them later on so it will work out. Still trying to figure out everything about owning a phone. I had a brick of a phone before. It couldn't do much beyond calls sometimes it sent or received texts in a timely manner lol. Still gotta finish adding people to my contacts and figuring out my layout. Old phone couldn't get more than 2 bars of 2g, this one gets where I am 1 to 2 bars of 4g. Though I do only have 4 gigs of data and then it caps at 2g. I am sure it will be more consistent than other one.
Wen was fun, I got to work in the Chill area at DQ. I still suck at making cones and most ice cream in general, but I think I am getting the hang of the recipes. Met some interesting people that night as well.
Yesterday was less fun. It was so hot in the store. Also as per normal DQ is terrible about their rules. Here is extra work for you to do, but oh you have no time to actually do it.
Today, has been super productive. I started last night working on another D&D project to create a database of creatures and will be coding it to do a number of cool things. Work at 2 till 6:30. I know region and district mangers opened the store this morning so, super hoping they are gone by the time I get there.
Off Sat and Sun so, should be a good time to work on stuff. Also go walking if it isn't raining. Oh We are getting Chicken and Waffles. Not sure how that is going to go over. If they make us cook the waffles in the deep friar I am going to throw up. Because that sounds disgusting. Also some new blizzards idk what they are though.

Idk if anyone will care to read this, but I thought it would be an idea.
